oh my sides. i can’t stop laughing. it’s the real title. i won’t spoil it, you wouldn’t believe me anyway. go to the site for the title of episode ii.

man, and people thought the phantom menace was a “bad” title. i can’t wait until the third title. at this rate it’ll probably be more entertaining then all the prequels put together.

heh, match the goonies of yesteryear with them today. pretty darn neat. (according to imdb, they’re all pretty much in their 30s, also, apparently, short round graduated from usc, heheh.) i will miss my lan connection. i’m moving out on wednesday. (and almost done packing!)

oh, the nostalgia above should not be misconstrued as any sort of endorsement for the sequel. it’ll most likely be a horrible, horrible movie.

a 30day trial version of luratech’s jpeg2000 photoshop plugin is now available for d/l. for those not in the know, jpeg2000 is a recently approved image standard that’s all kinds of keen: wavelet compression (way better than jpeg’s old dct), streaming (variable length data truncation), lossy or lossless coding, palletized color, multicomponent/region coding, and up to 256 channels (alpha, colospace,) blah blah blah).

wow, this is a first, i just got spam selling me plates:

hmm, i have a few minutes before i need to pick up my laundry, so i figure i should post a little something. it’s been a few months since i’ve really put up anything really worth reading. at one point, i think i had managed to get some interesting stuff up on a pretty regular basis sprinkled with some good rambles in between.

over the course of the spring, my semester really caught up with me, like graduation, and my artshow. in fact, i still have a few thousand emails that i have to organize or at least respond to, some of it dating back to may… scary huh?

suffice to say, i put off most of my more directed web reading, although i’ve been unsuccessful in stopping some of my online habits. in any case, i basically slept for a month after finishing up my semester (instead of getting to some projects i really should have done, or looking for a job). and then spent the past month and a half on spanish.

so, now, it looks like i’m soon to finish some work i’ve been putting of and taking off for a few weeks to taiwan real soon now. after which, i’ll probably be on the east coast for a friend’s wedding (maybe) and to visit some old friends (maybe).
