DangerInfo.com, Your Source for Danger News! – Awesome, a blog dedicated to latest news on the hiptop. I’ll check it religiously until (and probably long after) I pick mine up.

I’ve been pretty sick over the past few days. Work has been interrupting, but I’ve been doing the whole getting lots of sleep and drinking hot soup thing today.
Gonna run some log analysis on the past two day’s traffic for work – 2.1GB worth of access and about 25MB worth of error logs.
Some random stuff:
After a slightly protracted crunch period, we officially launched the new site redesign tonight.
Stumbled onto this today: MTV.com’s VMA 2002 shop. Every CD there is $8.29. I’d imagine that the music industry would be moving a lot more volume if the pricing was more like this.
Some good stuff over @ k5.

And the pirate says, “Arrgh it’s driving me nuts!”
Ladies and Gentlemen, No. 1 New York Time best-seller author Ann Coulter:
My only regret with Timothy McVeigh is he did not go to the New York Times Building.
It must be those pearls of wisdoms that keep people coming back for more.
Now this is good stuff: Soul Train’s rebuttal (check out the originals, are, even, better) to an online petition of people who think Ashanti (who?) sucks… this Soul Train piece invokes both 9/11 and slavery. The fun doesn’t stop there. Hilarity continues on mefi.

Play the race card! Play it!

Oh my sides.
Andy has put up the gettingit.com redesign – cool. Which reminds me, next week’s dinner is free (if I can get the info on where it is before it happens ). 🙂
Read about this the other day. The next version of Opera might finally not suck. Hopefully it’ll have enough (correct) DOM support that recodes won’t be necessary for DOM compliant code.
I took a break from work this morning and wrote a custom 404 that would parse the requested filepath and try alternates. I’m sure there’s a more efficient way to do that kind of contingency handling to search at alternate locations (isn’t there a module that does that?), but I wasn’t able to find it offhand.
