despite a compelling premise (and a decent start), titan ae ended up sucking. the semicool elements couldn’t withstand stupid characterizations and a ridiculous plot. actually, the characters seem to do mysterious flip flops to conveniently move the story along, and too much of the stuff just happens for no good reason at all, including the premise — if anyone can tell me why exactly the energy aliens destroyed the earth in the first place, please do tell.

dennis miller on accountability: “you suck and so does your kid.” also good: “when all is said and done, there’s only one person who controls soley controls your destiny, and that of course is bill gates.”

note to self: spend more time hanging around barnes and nobles’
