Federal Investigators and Your Rights,
I am opposed to patents on software, and opposed to patents on business methods. I believe that parody should be protected in copyright and trademark, that copyright enforcement should not override privacy rights, and that use of patents, trademarks and copyrights should be limited by fair use, and when necessary, compulsory licenses.

so, i was gonna watch u2 on usa, but they had the ronco guy selling an informercial instead of the farmclub show. ah well, d/l’ing the asf files are better anyway, i guess. no commercials at least.
so, while i was prepared to do some major work on the system, it appears to only to need a good kick (hard reboot). hmm, anyway, not much going on. still behind in work. went to monster massive – way too crowded, and just not organized enough for the amount of people. hmm, behind in work, blah blah blah…

i’m almost done w/ the second of the 2 painting i have due today. it looks good from far away. if you squint. i’d take a photo, but i finally sent my camera back to get those annoying hot pixels fit.
my inbox now has 1281 unread messages. i’d venture to guess that there might be a few important ones i should get to. more impresive, my webdesign-l folder now has 5345 unread messages. oops.
