OK, I’ve been behind on the memery, but I got around to installing and trying out Quicksilver, and yes, it does quick LaunchBar’s ass. (which isn’t to say that LaunchBar wasn’t one of the best $40 I’ve ever spent on software, but merely that it’s been superceded). At this point, just about all the utilities on my PB are either free or Free. The only things I’m really missing from is a good alarm clock, work timer, and desktop calendar (hmm, GeekTool w/ WebKit support might solve that). I wonder how long until an OSS version of Konfabulator is released?
