unfortunately, caffeine doesn’t seem to really help keep me up. oh well.
praystation’s new cover is pretty slick. check out his march updates for some cool stuff (no bookmark, because it’s flash…)
the nytimes has quite a few interesting articles in its science section right now. among them: Physicists Finally Find a Way to Test Superstring Theory, New Survey Shows Growing Loss of Artctic Atmosphere’s Ozone, and Dogs and Humans Are Seen as Partners in Evolution. i can’t wait to see the cyberpooches…
here’s an interesting wired fluff piece on studios being influenced by dvd sites. the article mentions the digital bits and dvdreview. i personally usually frequent the dvd resource and tdb. i also occasionally stop by the big picture for their reviews.
i don’t wanna haveta learn python. luckily it both enhydra and midgard look promising. i seem to recall talking about this before. it was only a matter of time before i started repeating myself. heheh.
the last time i read the mp3.com bulletin boards was over two years ago (i think). it sure has grown in discussion topics. i remember when there were big long threads about xing vs franhaueser (now moved to the encoders section). michael’s minutes have also really matured. i find myself nodding to the majority of the comments posted.
wow. there are currently 181 items in my amazon wishlist now. it’s too bad for them that their still at it w/ the whole patent thing. also, i think i’m onto their secret plan with their dual tab menu. they’re going to make the current design so ugly that we’ll be happy when they switch completely to that white / cerulean design that made people violently ill at the end of last year (and that they’ve been determinedly forcing in).
whoa neat, mp3lit.com has all kinds of neat free spoken word, including noam chomsky, j.r.r. tolkien and tons of other neat people/pieces. they’re mostly excerpts, but still way cool. (via randomwalks).
they have a new one. waasssaaaaa
