These days I'm mostly posting elsewhere on the web:
  • On my Fediverse instance @lhl
  • On my digital garden site: https://mostlyobvious.org/
  • On a documentation site: https://llm-tracker.info/
  • And on HN or Reddit

hmm, the fan pop 100 (online votes) seems to be a bit better than the rs/mtv picks – no teenyboppers in the top 50.

strange, mtv2 is showing all electronic act videos right now. basement jaxx, dirty beatniks, leftfield, pvd, groove armada all in a row. that’s pretty cool.

sea levels rising? (7-13m in the next 500 yrs) unpossible! gee dubya doesn’t believe in global warming!

If sea levels were 10 metres higher than today by the year 3000, it would cause the inundation of a total area larger than the US, with a population of more than a billion people and most of the world’s most fertile farmland.

the new scientist also has a little article on ogg vorbis.

cool, there’s gonna be a moby play music video dvd. moby diary entry. maybe it’ll be as cool as the beastie boys criterion. well, probably not, but the moby videos are pretty cool.
